Interested in learning how to support members of the Gamecock community recovering from substance use disorders?
Recovery Ally workshops “strive to empower students, faculty and staff to make campus more accepting, engaging, and supportive of students in recovery from substance use disorder. Learn to confront myths about substance use disorder, support someone in early recovery, and advocate for a recovery-oriented campus culture.”
The Carolina Health and Relationship Mechanisms (CHARM) Lab is partnering with USC’s Substance Use Prevention Education (SAPE) Office to offer a Recovery Ally training session specifically for ASPH faculty, staff, and students.
If you would be interested in participating in a future Recovery Ally workshop for the ASPH community, please fill out this short form by Friday, February 16th: https://forms.gle/s35Mewhz2ncyDBkBA
